Munich's new cultural attraction, presented by Bavaria Klassik in cooperation with the Administration of Bavarian Castles - Concert plus Tour of the Residence.

Concert:
One-hour concerts given by the Residence soloists and featuring different programmes each week take place every Saturday throughout the year at 5 p.m. and 6.30 p.m.* (at 5 p.m. and 6.30 in winter time) and every Thursday at 7 p.m. at the heated Old Court Chapel (Alte Hofkapelle), where Mozart has once played.





Programme schedule

The Residence Soloist including members of the Munich Philharmonic Orchestra are performing mainly works by Vivaldi, Haendel, Mozart, Haydn and Beethoven etc.

Concert: approximately 1 hour. Free seating


Tour of the Royal Residence:
You can further combine this concert experience with a visit of the entire Residence including the Cuvilliés-Theatre and thus indulge your eyes with the hidden treasures of the old kingdom. The visit includes an audio guide.

* The tour of the Residence is valid 2 days prior to and 5 days after the date of the concert. Please note that visiting the Residence directly following the concert is not possible.


Add-on Options:

upon request you can add a traditional bavarian menu including beer tasting or a Schuhbeck's (a Michelin Star cook) Gourmet 3 course dinner with a torch light walk to the restaurant after the concert. Upon special request you can further book the 5 course VIP-Gourmet Dinner in Schuhbeck's famed restaurant, the Südtiroler Stuben.
